Hide SMS on iPhone with PrivateSMS

PrivateSMS is an interesting Cydia tweak allows us to hide the list of SMS and avoid posting new messages. While in the Messaging application, pressing Edit button will appear a new lock, which if left blank down the list of messages sent and prevent new ones from there.

To reverse this effect, you press the Edit button and then the Unlock button. No icon or options to configure, simple and easy for users who want to avoid prying eyes on your message list.

The tweak is in the BigBoss repo, Cydia installed by default, so you just have to go to Search, type PrivateSMS and install, is free. After the installation, restart Springboard and have the option available.

Springboard Enhancer, a New Tweak To Apply Changes To The SpringBoard [Cydia]

It recently entered into Cydia a new tweak that will change the basic layout of the SpringBoard (home) of your iPhone: his name is Springboard Enhancer and is available in the BigBoss repository. This tweak offers several features that we are going to list in this article.

Once installed this tweak on your device will not add new icons to the Home. With Springboard Enhancer you can get up to five columns of icons on your SpringBoard iPhone, have five icons for each column of folders iOS 4 and enter up to five icons for each page of the switch for the IOS Multitasking 4.

Moreover, just as with gridlock, application icons can be positioned freely in the Home and folders, as shown in the picture below. Another new feature is the ability to turn off the device with the same effect as “TV”appearing on the Android 2.3.

The last function implemented in this tweak is instead to make the iPhone vibrate when you called us from responding. Springboard Enhancer is available in Cydia and you can download from the BigBoss repo.
